Soprannominato “Pinocchio” per via del suo lungo naso appuntito, il Piaggio P.C.7 era il prototipo di un rivoluzionario idrocorsa dotato di alette idroplane, progettato dal visionario Ing Pegna e costruito dalla società italiana Società Rinaldo Piaggio per partecipare alla Coppa Schneider del 1929.
Nicknamed “Pinocchio” because of its long pointed nose, the Piaggio P.C.7 was the prototype of a revolutionary racing seaplane equipped with hydroplane wings, designed by the visionary Ing Pegna and built by the Italian company Società Rinaldo Piaggio to participate in the Schneider Cup of 1929.
